The Europe Years (1999 - 2005)

I'm pretty sure everyone knows the story of the Pied Piper, or at least parts. This is the town where the story took place. Every summer, the main church in the town puts on a reproduction of the story, complete with a guy in a colorful costume as the Piper and all the towns-kids as the rats.
